Mr. Michele Santovito, founder and sole administrator of i-TES, was an independent consultant, with a degree in chemistry, certified EGE (Energy Management Expert) and CMVP (Certified in Measure & Verification Protocol) with many years of experience in consulting in the field of energy efficiency and management and technical management of plants. He is founder and president of Assoege (Italian Association of Energy Management Experts), member of the board of directors of the Order of Chemists of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta and a member of the board of directors of FIRE (Italian Federation for the Rational Use of Energy).

Mrs. Noemi Muscarà, who graduated in Chemistry of the environment, has a good deal of experience in the environmental transformation of emerging contaminants. For over two years, she has been studying PCMs in terms of characterization and application. She is an i-TES member and dedicates her time to researching new materials and their possibilities of application. She is responsible for coordinating the human resources which support the project.

Mrs. Sofia Santin, a graduate in management engineering from the Turin Polytechnic with a thesis ("i-TES case: financing innovation through the SME instrument with the strategic support of a patent data intelligence") assessed the possibility of participating in the SME instrument and the opportunity of applying for a patent. She oversees marketing and finance.
